BEGINNER
Meditation Basics - 60 min.
First time? Can’t focus? Struggle to sit still? Start with the Basics on Tuesdays.
Meditation is a practical way to reduce stress, improve sleep, and quiet mental noise, but many people feel frustrated and struggle to experience these benefits because they were never shown how to meditate in a clear, simple way.
In Meditation Basics, you’ll discover that the challenge isn’t you, it’s the method.
Across four classes, combining short lessons with live guided meditation, you’ll learn straightforward techniques to build a sustainable practice.
-
A clear introduction to what meditation is and a simple 5-step process you can follow to sit comfortably, settle your attention, enter practice, and finish feeling calm and focused.
-
Learn how breathing regulates your nervous system and supports meditation, with practical techniques you can use to reduce stress, improve sleep and quiet the mind.
-
An exploration of self while the body rests in stillness, helping you reconnect to your calmer, clearer baseline beneath stress, thoughts, and pressure, and build self-trust and intentional focus.
-
A practical method for gaining clarity, cutting through mental noise, and learning how to recognise what feels true for you so you can carry that clarity into everyday decisions, boundaries, and routines.
Join at any point.
Classes run on a rolling 4-week cycle, and many students repeat the cycle to deepen the benefits.

REGULAR
Guided Practice - 60 min.
Need an escape? Want to commit? Can’t find time? Join in weekly on Thursdays.
Guided Practice is a live, fully guided meditation class that helps you settle into stillness and build a consistent habit without pressure.
Supported by gentle ambient sound, the session helps your mind slow down and your body relax.
If your week is demanding and your mind stays “on” at night, this class offers a reliable space to pause, reset, and support better sleep.
This weekly guided meditation practice can help you:
Reduce stress and physical tension
Quiet mental noise and rumination
Feel more emotionally steady and less reactive
Improve focus and clarity over time
Support better sleep and recovery
Some familiarity with meditation is helpful, but experience is not required. Many students say the hour passes surprisingly fast as the mind shifts into a calmer rhythm.

The Difference You’ll Feel!
-

"Helped me sleep better, relax more and live a better life"
It was pretty amazing! Not what I expected at all. It was very practical, there’s a lot of integration, we learn a lot and sit as students. We did an hour of meditation together, and it felt like 10 minutes. I’m definitely going to be able to transition the tools into everyday use that are going to help sleep better, relax more and live a better life and get to my higher-self in a way that isn’t just ‘woo-woo’.
-

“I levelled up the brain.”
That was fantastic! Definitely feel more centred and more equiped. I levelled up the brain!"
-

"An hour felt like 10 minutes!"
We just meditated for an hour and it felt like 10 minutes! In just 4 weeks I've learned more about meditation than I have in an entire lifetime. I’m Truly grateful for Tal and I’m ready to implement this in my life. Thank you, Tal!
-

"His material was well presented, concise and easily digestible."
I found Tal to be incredibly insightful, lovely to listen to, his material was well presented, concise and easily digestible. I would recommend it to anybody!

"Having classes to prepare and understand the information first, just made it so much easier to meditate"
I find myself to be a very cerebral person and it’s hard for me to meditate, and also being neurodivergent I struggle to turn the internal dialogue off. So having classes to prepare and understand the information first, just made it so much easier to meditate when it came time to practice.
